Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is basically no problem.

However, depending on the value of the goods, there may be delays.

The customers have the option to use a service like MeinEinkauf.ch or to declare the goods themselves.

If you would like to use MeinEinkauf.ch, you will find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.

You can find more information here:

If you decide to have the goods delivered directly from us to Switzerland, you do not pay German VAT. This is automatically deducted in the checkout as soon as a Swiss address is entered. It may well happen that a Swiss address is already stored in the store and therefore the prices are displayed directly without VAT.

For orders within the EU, the tax is always shown separately in the checkout (incl. VAT).

Upon import, customers may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. These are to be paid directly to the local authorities and cannot be influenced by us.

Please note that for orders with a value of goods over 1000€ an additional customs declaration procedure becomes necessary. Here the customers do not need to do anything else. We will take care of this customs declaration. However, this means that the shipping date will be delayed by at least 2 business days. Please understand that this also applies to express shipments.
